i got this strain about 4 months ago and have been lookint everywhere for it ever since. the smell of this strain is much like that of fresh orange juices or almost a orange tic tac smell. the bag appeal is amazing with the batch i got having mostly purple buds alongside some green with deep orange hairs coated in purplish trichomes. the smoke was very pleasant and almost tastes like a creamsicle is smoked in joint form. the high starts to take over in about 2-3 minutes behind the eyes and around my head. its a very clear clean and relaxed high and personally ive been looking a strain like thus not only for the taste and smell, but the effects from this helps ease any migraines i get from time to time.
Great uplifting feel
Smoking flower by Grow Sciences out of AZ and this stuff is amazing!! The fruity citrus taste is so potent I just want to keep smoking it! I find it to be very uplifting without being anxiety inducing. I feel relaxed yet alert, and even got a bit silly and giggly which was a fun surprise!
Fruity and smooth! Got this on a whim and it did not disappoint. Flavorful but not overwhelming at all. Gave me a buzzy but alert high.
Suppose to be sativa but it kinda feels like indica. Don't feel energized whatsoever by this strain more tired
The Tangie on this one definitely bleeds through the GSC overpowering the taste in almost a second starting off with the original GSC sweet cookie taste before evolving into an orange and pungent smell to fill up your room. I personally don’t enjoy GSC in the plants parents but on this one I don’t really mind.
(Reviewing a Seed & Strain Tropicana Cookies cartridge.)
I didn't have super high expectations for Tropicana Cookies, but it ended up being a very nice daytime strain for me. Although I wouldn't say it made me more creative, I definitely felt more focused and like I could concentrate on things a bit easier.
The flavor is nice as well. For me, the first thing I notice when I take a hit is like a tropical-esque sweetness. Then it blends into this herbal, sagey flavor before it ends with another layer of airy and almost sharp sweetness. It tastes very natural and quite pleasant.
In terms of the effects, I wouldn't say it's energizing in the usual sativa sense, but I definitely felt more focused and attentive. I feel that while Pineapple Express is better, Tropicana Cookies is one that I will absolutely buy again.
Solid strain in my regular rotation.
Immediately relaxation flows out to the limbs. Soon after, the brain becomes alive and the thoughts start to flow freely. Nothing but smiles and good vibes here; instant happiness.
The taste is intense. Like a lemon bar made with aspartame instead of powdered sugar. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s a very specific “love it or hate it” flavor. Subtle notes of breadiness or cookie dough come through at the back of the exhale, after the initial chemical rush. There’s that ever-present lemon note throughout as well. It’s peculiar, truth be told, but I kind of dig it.
There’s a reason I keep coming back to this one. It’s just a guaranteed good time and it always gets me motivated to do something.
