**UPDATE** Great news, this store now only carries higher Quality fresh herbs. The manager(s) took my last review serious and have since implemented stricter Quality control guidelines. Cloud Nine will no longer offer lower grade cheap weed under $10. Victoria is currently chalk full of cheap weed dispensaries and I'm proud to report Cloud Nine on Fort st. isn't one of them. ! Bravo!.. keep up the high standards and leave the competition behind in the smoke, pun intended.
