My favourite thing is the friendly staff who recognize me and are always complimentary of my choices, and ready with a suggestion when I have a specific request. Both Cloud Nine dispensaries are equally clean, bright, and welcoming. I've found ordering online is best as it has most of the info I need regarding THC content and terpene ratios.
It helps to check your order as I've found some strains can vary their THC content considerably on back-to-back purchases, and also an occasional error in quantities delivered at point of sale.
The Quality of the product these guys sell is second to none.
However - Their staff is hit and miss.
Today, on my visit, because the "new" staff member decided to be rude, they lost a $200 dollar sale....

This was the only dispensary that collected information from me, seemed like a waste of time. Weird set up but friendly staff. My first Canadian dispensary experience that I'll never forget!
