I visited this location because it had the most five star ratings in Victoria so I had to see for myself what all the hype was about. I was surprised at how helpful the staff were. I'm naturally a socially awkward and uncomfortable person in general but the staff at Cloud 9 made me feel chill and welcome. Not to mention, the bud was primo. I tried out the Mataro Blue and Super Lemon Haze. Both smelled and tasted amazing. There are a few dispensaries very close to me, but ill walk the extra 10 mins to Cloud 9. I'll be going back for sure!

The staff was very informative and helpful. They made my first time visit relaxed and not intimidating.

Today was my first visit to Cloud9 and I was quite impressed with the sincere effort made by staff to research their CBD Phoenix tears. That was very much appreciated. The atmosphere was professional and respectful. Good variety of strains and products available. I didn't get time to see any of their flowers. Next time. I will be back. Awesome customer service and lots of different products to choose from. Cloud 9 is a fantastic little one-stop shop.

This was my first visit to the shop. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and felt comfortable right away. Also it’s smelled amazing as soon as I walked through the door! The interior of the shop was clean and well organized, will definitely be back in the future.
