Relatively new in Victoria but many locations throughout Vancouver. Friendly and helpful staff, cool and relazed atmosphere. Becoming a member was easy and stress free. Selection is great, flowers change every week. Overall a great dispensary I would reccomend to anyone looking for a professional dispensary in the city.

I have no complaints about cloud nine whatsoever. The staff are friendly and helpful with great product knowledge and they treat me with respect. The product has always exceeded my expectations, and cloud nine has some bomber daily specials.

I have lot of pain and I really thought medical marijuana was a joke. However, I decided to try it out. Everyone was very professional and took time to explain to me how this actually worked and how it would help me sleep and my pain. They suggested some products and they work beautifully. I am delighted with the results.
