Original Farm Cannabis - Victoria, Downtown

The staff here are great but there's some weird barbershop/goldfish/brodude vibe going on here. I feel like I need to take a shower after going here. The staff are always nice but I'm waiting for one of them to write 'help me' on my receipt as they slide it through the cage slot.

The new manager is on a power trip and made the entire experience very disappointing. He was incredibly rude and refused to tell me his name after he tried to kick me out for no reason without allowing me to get my medication... after a huge misunderstanding and him allowing customers to bully me, I finally chose a different cashier to make my purchase. She was kind and understanding of my situation when she realized he had caused me a panic attack, and did her job even though he was behind her telling her not to sell to me for the simple fact that he was bitter. Unacceptable behaviour especially from management of such an establishment. I wish I could say I will never go back but I dont really have a choice.

Often current stock does not reflect website stock. Recent visit was incredibly slow, staff looking for items that were no longer available but is still showing current stock. This delay resulted in lots of people packing into the store and resulting in over capacity with ~20 people in the store. Wouldn't have come had I known you were out of stock.

I've been to some other dispensaries before... but I wanted to try this one because they have a store near my house and also one downtown near my work. Customer service was top-notch!.. the budtender was knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. Inside.. It feels very high-end? Only negative is that packaging is stupid and bulky but that's the same everywhere... I'll be back!!
