Lovely store. Great selection and decent priced. Fells better than the other stores in town.

Arriving from Seattle, my mind was blown by BC Bud! This dispensary is the nicest I have ever seen. Staff was very helpful and knowledgable.

Hands down one of the most professional and knowledgeable staff. The store is beautiful and the products are reliable and consistent. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I am very excited about the new location! Situated perfectly in the downtown core. And just like the Hillside location, the downtown store has friendly, knowledgable staff, a very welcoming atmosphere, and great high quality product. I highly recommend Farm.

I've had a medical card for almost three years and I've had different suppliers in that time. Knowing people that they are quick to complain when there's something goes wrong. When I found FARM, I have been extremely impressed not only with the quality of your products, but the service provided by your staff at every point of contact and everything goes perfect.

Amazing location and fantastic store. Products and staff are top notch as well.

The place used to be a lot better but now it's all government regulated and all they care about is money you can tell by the packaging, they give you a gram in a container that can hold a quarter ounce and there prices are 2 times the price as a good dispensary, and offer no incentivised recycling program like you'll find among most other dispensaries that only use bags not oversized containers, over all Farmacy is my least recommended dispensary in the city unless you prefer screwing the environment and overpaying for a false sense of quality product

The new manager is on a power trip and made the entire experience very disappointing. He was incredibly rude and refused to tell me his name after he tried to kick me out for no reason without allowing me to get my medication... after a huge misunderstanding and him allowing customers to bully me, I finally chose a different cashier to make my purchase. She was kind and understanding of my situation when she realized he had caused me a panic attack, and did her job even though he was behind her telling her not to sell to me for the simple fact that he was bitter. Unacceptable behaviour especially from management of such an establishment. I wish I could say I will never go back but I dont really have a choice.

Often current stock does not reflect website stock. Recent visit was incredibly slow, staff looking for items that were no longer available but is still showing current stock. This delay resulted in lots of people packing into the store and resulting in over capacity with ~20 people in the store. Wouldn't have come had I known you were out of stock.

What a beautiful shop!! The effort that has gone in to this new location, classic Farm keeping the bar raised. Keep it up you guys rock!

FARM - The Original Farmacy is the BEST dispensary in Victoria, and I firmly believe that it is the best dispensary on the island, quite possibly BC. The staff are extremely friendly, and helpful.
