Original Farm Cannabis - Victoria, Hillside

I was here for the first time a few weeks ago and got some Nebula for treating migraine headaches. I was astounded with the variety of products and their quality + superb packaging. So many strains to choose from, I wanted one of everything. Alas, the interior is reminiscent of an old Pharmacy one would have seen in the mid-late 19th century/ very early 1900s. Very classy! Staff seemed fairly knowledgeable on their strains though, I would suggest a little bit more background info as well as origin of the strain be made available for customers, especially those who are using it for medical purposes.

I have never personally been to this location. I live in Edmonton and would like to say that this is the best dispensary in Canada. First time I ordered I received my package the next day but every other time is no more than 2 days. Superior customer service. I spoke to a Manager named Emily and she was the friendliest and most curtious.

The best out there! I have been using the mail order services for the last year and the staff is exceptional. Despite my annoying questions and emails they always treated me great. If I ever had any issues they always quickly resolved them. They once sent me the wrong bud, and resolved it so fast, and basically gave me a free ounce. They treat their patients very very well. I am going to miss this place. I am sorry for anyone who uses cannabis that doesn't know about this place. Not to mention their product really improved my life.

Love this place. Always top notch flowers, concentrates, and edibles. The location is modern, safe and very welcoming. The items here are on on the pricier side, however they are very legitimate and have various items (strains, edibles, THC soda, etc.) that don't exist elsewhere. Overall a very good dispensary !!!

Farmacy Victoria is awesome. Its very clean and professional. ALL of the staff are super knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They listened to my problems and we're able to offer me direction on what meds would work best for me. I will definitely be going back!

Nice bunch of people to deal with. I have never had any issues with the mail order. My order always arrives the next day. Promotion prices makes the purchase easy on the pocket. I have yet to try all the products however so far it's been a great experience. At the end of the day it's about quality and their product is amazing.

I've only ordered from their website, so I can't really say anything about their atmosphere. I've asked multiple questions that could potentially be embarrassing. As someone who is relatively new to using cannabis for insomnia, they have been nothing but professional and friendly toward any questions that I have. They have recently offered fantastic shipping rates to my area, which is very convenient for me as I don't live in close proximity to a dispensary. It also makes it easier for me to take advantage of their weekly specials which I always keep my eyeballs peeled for on Thursdays in my inbox. Everything arrives very well packaged and compared to other places I've been, their concentrates are fantastic quality. Thank YOU, Farmacy, for providing a convenient, efficient and reliable service. My sleep schedule thanks you, too.

Farmacy's an awesome place and I found all the staff to be helpful and friendly. I'm a bit taken back by Claspo's review and find it rather racist and derogatory by referring to one young lady as "The Asian" Your store provides a much needed service and is appreciated by most of the people that shop there. I sincerely hope the young lady in question can brush off the ignorance of the very few and carry on with her making others lives more pleasant. As for Claspo maybe your business is better off done elsewhere.

This is an amazing facility that brings professionalism, a safe, clean atmosphere and quality products. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they always have some kind of a special! Best place to buy my Meds:)

KEEP - outstanding customer service. LOSE - Liquid gold tips filled by patient at home. Big hassle. ADD - Keep a selection of "coffee shop classics" in stock. Add more info on strains, test results, specific THC/CBD content etc. CHANGE - provide an option for lower cost, but longer delivery. Revisit website design - less design background, more info.

first time in a dispensary for me... I didn't know what to expect but the employee were very kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable to speak about my anxiety problem to the young Asian girl. She listen to my problem and adviced me on product. I found the staff very comforting and I will come back for sure :-)

From setting up and having a Skype consultation for membership, to shopping in-person, and going through my first mail order, Farmacy's services are excellent. My mail order delivery arrived almost exactly 24 hours from the time I ordered it, and what I received was exactly what I had ordered. Substitutions were suggested by Farmacy staff if they were out of something I originally wanted. They have a huge variety from which to shop. I've mainly bought edibles which have been potent and great tasting, but the flowers are excellent as well. Even though Farmacy is 900 km from where I live, this is my only choice for a dispensary.

This will be my one and only dispensary I will go to! Such amazing workers there, that have great knowledge on what they are giving you!!! Great prices and I love the fact I can get it shipped to my front door !!

This a great and well run dispensary. The staff is very helpful with the large selection of products. Their mail order is first rate, next day service and no substitutions. The concentrates are sourced and prepared locally in BC. All around excellent and much better than than many of their competitors.

Such a wonderful time to receive all the needs from mother earth! Along with the greatest service from great people! Keep it up. Love y'all!

Some staff could be more professional

I always come back, I love the little pill bottles that it comes in and the boveda packs are a nice touch to keep your cannabis fresher longer

They set the bar HIGH.. I order online after having discovered it while visiting Victoria, and despite it being possibly the absolute furthest (geographically) dispensary from where I live (far, far away in Toronto), it is my primary go-to as an MMPR holder. I've yet to see any place with such a perfect balance of quality / price / professionalism / reliability / selection. I just wish there was a slightly cheaper shipping option (though it sure is fast).

Farmacy was the first dispensary I went to, I felt really safe knowing that the security was there. Its funny most dispensaries downtown don't even provide that comfort and it's way more susceptible to be robbed or something. Anyway I really enjoyed the staff and they knew exactly what to recommend. My store of choice. Thx guys
