Decided to try something new with my hubby. We wanted a mind and body high. Got God's Gift. It's amazing!! Hits smoothly, nice flavor. Though it would make me sleepy but it didn't. Didn't give me munchies really bad either. I would say it makes me lazy. Just want to sit and not move . Love this strain. Totally buying it again!!

My first experience returning to the fold, this was an awesome, spectacular moment. For the first time in over two years I felt NO pain. I have since also found it's parent, Grandaddy Purple is as good or better. If you have buzzing or tingling, give this blessing a shot. VERY DIFFICULT TO COME BY.

My stimulant ADHD medication is immensely helpful and has probably saved my scatter-brained life on multiple occasions; but it’s synergistic effects with my anxiety disorder can leave me in a bad spot and restrict what activities I can include in my life. NOT ANYMORE. I love the irony that an atheist’s life has been utterly transformed by a strain named “God’s Gift”. I’ve tried literally everything and there is something specific to this strain that meshes with my affects of my medication SO WELL. Smoked alone, this is also my favorite strain for sinking into the clear blue waters of my sofa and letting every worry on earth fade away. But when used in moderation throughout a normal day, the combination of A*****l and God’s Gift has a completely different effect. The stimulant medication prevents me from falling into a coma of bliss and maintains my energy levels, while the green tames my anxiety and opens me up socially. Forget treating ADD/ADHD - this is a completely new experience of life and the way I feel like normal, happy people enjoy their lives daily. I wish I had stumbled upon this happy accident years ago, but I will enjoy the rest of my life I’m a new light!

WOW!!! Hey kids I guess I’ve been testing to many strains lately to post any new reviews. Let’s start with Gods Gift. 1. The GDP X OG Kush is phenomenal for anyone who has chronic pain due to an injury or arthritis 2. Do Not overdose yourself until you know the strength of your flowers. GG has one of the wildest Creep I’ve ever had. Almost as if your body is disconnected from your brain. And then you come back down. But ‘ol Mr. THC can’t be held back anymore and you feel the “creep” coming over your body and brain again. 3. GG is now part of my Pain Management and should be part of anyone who needs immediate relief and has no where important to be 👍👍👍👍

While smoking for this review I wrote a rap that I was gonna try to use as the review. That's how quick this gets you jacked out of your mind. Every draw zaps your visual cortex with the force of a hundred woodstock eighths. Little moments of surreality scatter away from your focus while your brain recovers its composure. This stuff burns acrid and hits instantly. This is an indica, and unsurprisingly you're gonna be chillin like the fish at the budget Sushi restaurant isn't. But this isn't a "melt into a plush couch and giggle through vintage Hostess cakes at the Seth Rogan movies you're watching through the spaces between your eyelashes" kind of chill. This is a "sit back and hold on because we're about to chill the fuck out, motherfucker" kind of chill. This is agitating. You're going to be chilled out whether you like it or not, and the aggression is going to shock you into boyish shyness so you're definitely not going to like it at first, but it's going to happen anyway and after the first time it's not so bad but boy oh boy that first time is a ride. You're chill and you know it. Jokes are aggressively funny. You scratch a little too much or too hard at times. The spiders are either under your skin, or you're inside out and the spiders are really on top of your skin. You imagine at least once that this might be what autistic children feel all the time. This is the kind of strain that makes me wonder how seriously we should take the warnings from the medical community that cannabis use is associated with psychotic events or even schizophrenia. Then comes the opiate. At some point through this review, which I started right after a king-size of God's Gift, shit got very real very fast. I don't know where exactly it happened, but it occurs to me that I've been staring into space for some time now. --- tl;dr: Use this if your condition involves not having a burst of energy to clean your room before crashing hard into opioid bliss. --- Four stars because it has a weird burn like it's got nicotine in it. Otherwise the odor and flavor are totally unimpressive besides their potency, which is outrageous.

After over half a decade of searching, I finally find this in the form of 80% vape oil. The namesake is true. It helped remove a lot of negative programming I've subjected myself to, and opened a clean and smooth door to receive higher energies. Definately a therapeutic strain.

So I just entered the wonderful world of medicinal cannabis and this was the very first strain I've ever smoked. I hadn't even intended on buying it originally: I went to the dispensary knowing I wanted to try some Bubble Gum, and figured I would probably pick up another similar, sweet hybrid. But I wanted something to act as a counterpart to that Sativa-dominant hybrid; something that would help me relax, help with pain, and still help with my crippling depression and (sometimes severe) mood swings. Enter God's Gift. The budtender let me smell it and this strain actually smells surprisingly very sweet; it's pungent, but has a predominantly sweet earthy scent to it. Makes it very nice to smoke because even though it still stinks up the room (what weed doesn't, honestly), it's not as overpoweringly skunky as other strains can be. In terms of flavor, the strain tastes exactly like it smells. I personally only got a little of the grape flavor and got a LOT more of the sweet earthy flavor; the only thing I can liken it to would be like inhaling the scent of wet earth following a spring rain. (If you live in Arizona or a similar desert climate, think of the smell outside following the first monsoon rain of the season.) At first I wasn't feeling anything. I thought, "Huh, maybe I really do just have a naturally high tolerance for literally every single medicine on the market." I was SO wrong. After about 5 minutes I started to feel it; my head got light and airy, and it kind of felt like I was floating. A slight dizzy sensation followed, but along with that came a warm, full-body floating sensation. I totally relaxed; I was prescribed medical marijuana for muscle spasms and chronic pain, and I don't think I truly realized just how terribly my back hurts me all the time until I tried smoking weed. EVERYTHING loosened up, and I just laid on my bed feeling... utterly at ease. My stress from the day was gone, my pain was gone, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I could breathe. Naturally, this being my first time smoking, I had to tap out after a few good hits; I don't even know if I finished my bowl. After about 30 minutes following tapping out, I decided to turn in for the night. As someone who usually suffers insomnia, I slept WONDERFULLY; the only reason I'm up right now is my mouth was dry (not cottonmouth, I sleep with my mouth open sometimes due to a stuffy nose) and needed some water and decided to write this review while hydrating. My back is hurting a little again, but I'm still feeling the relaxed effects of the strain, and will probably head back upstairs here momentarily and sleep again like a baby. I have a feeling that after I've been using this new medicine for a while and using it in conjunction with other cannabis products (like CBD tinctures and creams), I won't only have pain relief, but maybe I'll be able to get off some of my psychiatric medication entirely. As this is incomparably more potent, fast-acting, and has far fewer side effects than the Xanax I was taking before, that is definitely one medication I will not be taking again in favor of this strain. In short: a sweet, earthy Indica that knocked a brand new cannabis user like me on their ass. Maybe a bit powerful for a first time, but oh my god did it do the trick. Instant relaxation, instant pain relief. God's Gift really is a gift. I will be smoking this again; it is a wonderful night-time smoke and a single hit or two after getting home from work would probably do wonders.
