Nice high without anxiety or paranoia. Better than juicy fruit.
Citrus and Desiel flavor profiles combine to nail a grapefruit flavor & scent! Couple that with it's stereotypical sativa effects of an uplifting & creative nature. This makes for a great daytime smoke, but it's sativa effects can accentuate anxiety.
great taste and within 5 mins felt euphoria at the head level. Became excitable and a bit more talkative than normal and my imagination will kick into high gear when writing or contemplating something.
After about 15 mins, it sinks into more of a body relaxant and feel the stress in all my muscles slowly melt away

A++ great energetic BUZZZZZ!
Grapefruit is my go-to daily anxiety maintenance medication. There is a light and very pleasant citrus flavour and scent to it when smoked. Vaporized, it could probably almost be considered natural air freshener.
Effects are increased creativity, hyper-focus on tasks or projects, and generally more energy that I usually have. It does cause dry eyes though, so keep drops handy.
This also definitely seems to help with a (very, very bad) case of anxiety. This is my favorite strain of all, due to how small amounts have a very big effect. Well worth trying if you need to stay focused and full of "GO!". Also very flexible if combined with some Bubba Kush or Jack Herrer.
favorite strain, period. great for up time. no paranoia. heady, happy, energetic. great for dancing
This is now by far currently my favorite strain! It helps so, SO, much with the muscle spasms in my back in my trapezius muscles as part of my Fibromyalgia and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome - also great for depression, too! Anxiety? Not the best, but it's not bad. It's definitely not one of those strains that causes paranoia, anxiety or panic though. It is a bit hallucinogenic and I really would discourage trying to operate any heavy machinery while under the influence of this one. The effects I would describe as... Drowsy, couch lock, heavy "stoned," feeling in both mind and body, very comfortable, peaceful, serene, makes lots of things funny or laughable, time can pass either very slowly or very quickly, quite psychedelic but suitable to be legally sold as either a recreational or a medical strain in my opinion. Not helpful for insomnia though - in fact, this is one of the better ones for a daytime buzz because you can continue to function as normal and without sedation - eyes do get red, but they don't droop. The only downsides I would make note of would be dry eyes, dry mouth, others may possibly notice bloodshot eyes, hard to sleep on, driving is difficult/confusing (not recommended), easy to continually misplace things. Nothing big though. I love it. Like I said - my new favorite! Two thumbs up and five stars :)
Picked up this strain in Dry Leaf from Solevo Wellness here in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania today. Grown by Terrapin Care Station in Jersey Shore, PA in July of 2018; this package was a little dry as it is now September. Still aesthetically pleasing, opening the container one finds large budded, "kiefy" almost silvered resin glazed nuggets that have hues of light green colored tri-combs covered in a dust among a forest of lighter orange hairs.. breaking this flower down is where the consumer truly begins to see and smell the potency of this flavor. Smoking this out of a dry piece is not recommended just due to the sheer density of the smoke produced as the natural oils and ingredients become active when burned. A clear head high, Grapefruit Durban seems to be an almost "reset button" on ones mood and weight of anxiety.. Grounding you to being in the moment, you'll enjoy the relaxation of muscle tension and tastes of light flavors such as the sweet pink grapefruit citrus. Feelings of happy euphoria will take your mind to a place of preparedness to face whatever may come your way.
