Third Time is the Charm
Newly into Medical Marijuana (smoker in high-school and afterwards, decades ago; frequent recreational use). Using it "officially medicinally" is new to me. Have used The Wife, Honey Boo Boo and this is my 3rd try. Third time is the Charm. I honestly feel I don't need to look any further, but I will just because I want to know my options.
This is a working weed, easily able to perform my tasks that require me to be on point. Mine is a desk job; heavy computer, heavy communication skills written and oral and am very clear headed. There is no buzz, but there is noticeable improvement to the various pains I feel 24/7. The tinnitus unfortunately hasn't improved any noticeable amount but it could with more inhalations this is the maiden voyage use and review.
I can say I feel this is a really good choice for someone looking to knock back / eliminate their pain and keep a clear head. It may not remove it totally, but it does take the edge off. I am just basically coming out of Chemotherapy Hibernation / Couchlock - bedlock to be precise. I worked this deskjob through Chemo but in the evening I went straight home to bed. My body has done so much and also done so very little for 8 months - that just getting into the swing of my former "normal" daily living has been extremely difficult and painful. Hopefully Harle-Tsu along with The Wife will aid and assist. Honey Boo Boo helped but she hung around a bit too creepily for me (paranoia). Out with Boo in with Tsu!

I have bipolar disorder and this strain is amazing. Instantly calms aggitation, racing thoughts, normalizes my sleep, and keeps bouts of depression at bay, seriously i never get depression using this stuff daily and this is coming from someone who has had depression so bad I could not leave the house at times and had to drop out of school for a semester. It makes you feel mildly high in a very nice way but CLEAR headed and able to focus and function very well. I buy it in concentrate form for vaping and only need one or two hits to feel NORMAL and healthy and sane. Highly recommend for psych issues. ✌
This is a wonderful strain. I was using it to quell anxiety back after the election. Now I'm trying it for pain; I have abdominal scar tissue from radiation treatment that has been hurting. It doesn't kill the pain as well as a Percocet, but it comes close and leaves me chill rather than edgy. My thoughts can drift when I'm on my own, but my girlfriend can get helpful input out of me despite how much I smoked. I also highly recommend adding some Harle-Tsu to any strains prone to make you anxious--it will take the edge off without really altering the head high. All in all, it's a great weed to have in our arsenal. I don't smoke it every day (in fact I was sitting on an 8th for a couple of months), but when I need it, I'm glad it's around.
Great pain relief. Easy to use during the day and still stay focused. Little to no head high.
Im new to medical and I hadn't smoked in some 15 years. I do HVAC and was working in an attic one day. I stepped on a stud that wasn't nailed in properly, sending me through the ceiling. I destroyed my neck, back, and hips. I also have chronic sciatica. Nearly 3 years, months (and months) of PT, I can't even tell you how many injections/nerve blocks/epidurals, two surgeries (and counting) later, and I'm still in severe pain 24/7. I've been on opiates for 2.5 years, though I've been tapering for several weeks and should be off within a couple of weeks.
ANYWAY... This strain has been a godsend. I don't have much tolerance and most of the stuff at the dispensary is high THC/almost no CBD. It's a bit too much lol. I do get a little buzz, though it's quite uplifting, but the pain relief is rather lovely. I highly recommend for those of us wanting pain relief without being too stoned. I've been smoking this and also making cannabutter with it.
As a person with BPD,some strains tend to amplify my paranoia, but not this one.It helps me manage my wild emotions and keep me calm

Harle-Tsu is most remarkable to me because of its lack of any extreme tendencies. I tend to start my days with a vaped bowl of this, which essentially doesn't affect my energy or ability to work in any negative way. I definitely consume more of this than some other, more potent strains, and the pain relief from its higher CBD content seems to wear off a little quicker than other strains I've tried, but I feel safe picking this up at any point. I'll also often blend it in with nighttime strains that are better at sedating me and giving me full-body relief for a smoother night's sleep. The taste is mild.
Major failure at neuropathic pain that a high THC % variety like Grape Ape or similar suppresses. IMO, the attractiveness of Harle-Tsu lies not in its effectiveness; but the lower incidence of anxiety-inducing "head buzz". H-T leaves a residual mild body "stoney" high that relieves mild pain. The head seems neutral or relaxed.
With less head buzz, H-T may help those who don't tolerate THC dominant strains or those new to cannabis or those who don't use regularly. To note is that one can mix H-T with high THC weed to promote desired qualities. A mix may allow some who thought they were intolerant to high THC weed to try a mix for more severe pain.
My experience is this. If one is sick enough to see a pain specialist regularly or has gone through Neurontin and Lyrica prescriptions while trying to avoid opioids, then Harle-Tsu alone will not be potent enough. Higher THC% Cannabis is simply more effective.
Since Harle-Tsu flunked my pain test but may rate as a mix, I can only give it one star total. It is interesting for the experience, but I will not purchase it again.
