Vaping a CO2 extract from Optimum. Hits smooth and gentle with an earthy and lightly buttery taste. Hits strong, though takes a moment. Eases stress and provides a gentle body relaxation while opening up a black hole in my head making me air-headed and distractable. Good for letting my mind wander.
A good strain for stress relief. After hours on the phone dealing with lawyers and government officials I smoked a dube of Jack and the tension slipped away. No weed can solve problems, but this strain has the ability to make a "bad" day dismissed and the appreciation of the "now" a blissful high.

A chilled sativa strain exists. I find this one to help my social anxiety and makes me extremely talkative and carefree. Not a huge comedown either, this one is recommended.
This strain, Jack Herrera is one of my go to favorites first thing in the morning or anytime of the day when I have a little fatigue and need a pick me up. It's great for projects or for just hanging around and enjoying your favorite hobbies. It' has a full-bodied kushy Taste with A very Piney, earthy and spicy undertones with some of the most orange pistol hairs you'll ever see. Enjoy this strain because with all the new strains coming in now A days it's harder to find soI try and get it whenever it's available. A classic sativa that will leave you always wanting more and feeling energetic and creative.
I love Jack, because I can't get really get tired of it. The high is just perfect and there's no munchies. Well, munchies are great, but sometimes they aren't and this is when Jack Herrer comes to help.
I've been walking around, riding longboard, talking with people, always easy.
I am a medical user with stage 4 renal cancer. I mainly use to treat pain, nausea, depression, weakness, and overall shitty feeling associated with chemotherapy and the illness. I will review strains as I come across them.... and hopefully this will help people in similar situations....
FYI- this was in pre-roll form. About 1/4 way through you start feeling immediately better... 1/2 the pre-roll I put it out and got some stuff done... dishes, some paperwork for my work, swept of the back porch, and even picked tomatoes out of the garden with my daughter..... lite back up around 2pm-ish and cooked dinner, washed clothes, picked up the bedroom....for me with my illness.... that’s a lot to get done.... and that’s awesome.
backgroud:
41/m/I’ve been an avid toker for 20years.
Ok. I’m scared of Sativas. They make my anxiety a million times worse, so Ive been an indica and sometimes hybrid guy.
so after a little research, i decided to give sativas another try. This time i went all in with Jh and so far I’m so glad I did, because my anxiety is GONE.
I’m on day 3 of microdosing while increasing the amount little by little. once i take a hit I’m instantly happier. I’m not “stoned,” I’m just happy. It’s weird though, my brain purposely tries to make me anxious, but it can’t. I can visualize those thoughts and i politely tell them to piss off... and they do. Jh so far you’re amazing.
As my first written review I opted smoke a moderate amount, for my tolerance level, with the goal of finding a happy medium between sober and absolutely trucked. I did this to ensure that I still had enough function cognitively to write this review. With that being said I will write all further reviews under the influence of said strain. A bio listed below the pros and cons list which may help the reader to understand where I’m coming from.
PROS:
* Hyperfocus on one task
* Stimulating Effect (smoked preworkout)
* Definitely Increased Creativity (See below for more and a quick bio on myself)
CONS:
*Decreased Awareness (of other external stimuli due to previously mentioned hyper focus on a single task)
* Potentially lead to anxiety regarding various prior obligations

Just smoked going to the gym in about 30 minutes. even the fact that I decided to preface this review with the above paragraph, shows just how creative and focused this strain can make you. Definitely smoked a little bit more than I probably should have my tolerance, please excuse my lack of tolerance as I have not lived in California for three years now and I’ve sort of fallen out of step with insanely good weed that can be procured so easily makes one want to become like Willie Nelson and travel the country playing guitar. Starting to notice in my punctuation skills are getting a little bit less in tune but I think that may have something to do with the fact that I’ve kind of stopped caring about silly little things like punctuation.
Another preface for this video, because everyone will respond differently to cannabis, I am going to give you guys a little outlook on who I am as a person in my mental status overall so that you may gauge the likelihood of experiencing similar effects.
My main hobbies nutritional science and fitness. I have pretty rampant ADHD, however I remain a Dean’s list student through my fourth year of college. I found cannabis can have a particularly interesting impact on me depending on the strain and I think this may be correlated with my ADHD. Some strains regardless of being sativa, Indica or hybrid May cause me to lose focus while others allow me to hyper focus.
I think Size and other metabolic factors might be helpful to assess tolerance. I stand it 6 foot four and I currently weigh about 235 pounds at about 10% body fat. I exercise daily and I have a steam room I use consistently. I also have some issues with stress and anxiety however they don’t manifest themselves on normal ways but cannabis has the same effect on my anxiety and ADHD does. This is why I think doing individualized reviews based on strains would be the most efficacious way of covering them for myself.
