location: Northglenn, CO THC: forgot to ask but best guess around 27% tolerance: moderate/easing towards high smoking tool: small bong/joints I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time but since I had a half ounce of it, I figured I would let a few nights of smoking pass to get an accurate review. This is definitely one of my favorite strains so far. After a stressful day at work, I can take a nice bong rip and then let Maui Wowie take care of the rest of the night. This stain is a bit of a creeper, which could normally give me anxiety, but Maui Wowie creeps juuussssttt right. Each passing minute becomes happier, funnier, and more entertaining. I would also say that Maui Wowie is one of the most creative stains that ive had. it not only brings me to a nice, almost forgetful, haze, but it also generates thought and creativity for me. if you struggle with anxiety and depression, I would make sure to try Maui Wowie next. it balls up all anxieties, worries, dark thoughts, etc and throat punches them harder than Chuck Norris beard. ok but for real tho I know this review probably ain't helpful cuz I definitely had planned more to say but like... I've had a lot of Maui Wowie and I'm just gonna enjoy my night now ✌:D

Landrace Sativas can make a Sativa hater a believer, if smoked PROPERLY. You must start with fresh head. 100% sober preferably, 1st thing AM will do. And DO NOT MIX LANDRACE STRAINS WITH ANY OTHER STRAIN. Follow those 2 criteria, & you will be sweetly taken back thousands of yrs as if into the arms of an old lover. Or taken from this world entirely, & u will giggle so much you'll forget why you're giggling, & that only makes you giggle more. Maui Wowie. Wow wow wow. Agree with other reviewers, Divine. It will excite you with butterflies & permagrin. Super charged energy to help you with those butterflies, but no worries, your crystal clear, & effortless lack of "chattering thoughts" will leave you saying, "Holy F, I am HIGH." I have major appetite problems & few strains actually make me really hungry. This is one of them. Fyi to best of research there is only "Maui Wowie," while my stores call it "Maui Waui" i believe that is inaccurate.

Wowie! It's been a while! I was re reading some of my reviews. I miss writing them. Seems years ago. Anywho... we're here to review:) Yep, I still rhyme a bit. Maui Wowie: Brass Knuckle Concentrate. Hope what I bought was real. On BK's website its only called Maui. Not Maui Wowie. Hits like its real. Thats 4 sure. Going on about an hour now, pretty floaty and pleasantly high... not buzzed. No buzz here. This is low wavelength weed. Nice and Wavy. Dammit I wish I was at the beach in the sand... as opposed to my apartment in NYC. It's that kind of high. I didn't really feel it before. But now I kinda want to get up and go go... go out into the sun and play for the duration of the day. This weed does have some pick me up. Even writing a review. Clearly not one of my zanny reviews. This seems pretty straight forward. But then... that's my mood. Maui is good i think for depressed types, but then again... anybody who's ever been to Maui probably feels its timeless floaty narcissism, its anti howly vibes, and the call of the 4x4 truck. Clearly I wasn't a fan of Maui, or Hawaii in general... But this is Maui Wowie... and I'm finding it much nicer. Ah, fck it.... don't get too critical. Just press "Save My Review". homegrown so potency is a little less than expected but still a good buzz. feels kind of like a hybrid to me but with more uplifting effects. it's a good comfort zone for me personally. happy, relaxed, munchies not too bad

Tried it twice, and this is likely to be a day time favorite. FUNCTIONAL is the key word here. You'll be happy, uplifted, you'll feel the weight of the world lifted off your back, sure. You can fall into the sweet spell of a mary-jane buzz, but should you need to summon your brain's power for higher processing, no problem at all. My search for such a strain: energy without anxiety or confusion, has led me to this one. I did feel a little groggy the next day, but I can not rule out other causes for that.

This is a timeless strain that I've had the pleasure of trying in Hawaii, where the atmosphere of the island alone is enough to relax you. Very creative and happy, this is a go to especially in concentrated form. The Clinic's version is really accurate, consistent, and spot on.

Great to smoke with someone you're close to. Makes you feel giggly and relaxed!

Always have given the older crowd mad shit about this strain or Panama red - I. Honestly didn't believe these strains still existed in its classic form. This is some hard hitting sativa and sen the hiring 60's it has being perfected and stabilized turning into my fav sativa
