I've bought this strain twice now and both times it has had a sweet taste and nice relaxing high.

This is a nice smooth one, cerebral effects with a long last high for at least 2+. It being crossed wit Ghost OG caught my attention.

I have tried a few strands for my fibromyalgia including ASSSD, Halley's Comet, Wappa, Fire OG and Lavender ... rare darkness definitely is my new FAVORITE!!! Instantly all my body and nerves calm down and I'm left feeling euphoric and stress free! I'm so excited I found this! It didn't put me to sleep and i have smoked it a couple times a day and it keeps me going! Cause without it I'm in pain, back burns like the dickens lol and shoulders feel like I have the weight of world on them. I got mine at Curaleaf and have no complaints!

I’m someone who primarily uses sativas; the only time I’ll even try a indica is if I get a migraine and want to be able to sleep. And I’ve tried 20+ indica strains that were mediocre at best. So Rare darkness (Sold as rariden in CT) was a complete shock. This is now the only indica strain I’ll buy, as no other indica comes close. I will note though that it has a delayed effect, so be careful the first time smoking because if you overdo if, it will hit like a ton of bricks. Within 5 minutes my migraine was gone. By ten minutes, I was eating chocolate. By thirty minutes I was asleep, and stayed that way for 5 hours. the only negative is that this strain gave me the absolute worst couch lock I’ve ever experienced (which isn’t a huge issue because I just went to sleep). It’s a good thing I peed before I smoked because otherwise I would have had problems.

At first this strain seemed to underwhelm, but it's now my main go-to for relaxation. Moreover, it helps me feel like I can breathe again, release the layers of stress from the day, and get a smile on my face again. I find that if I keep moving, or focusing, I can keep going for awhile, but as soon as I come to a rest I'm in danger of falling asleep. But the quality of sleep! Such good sleep, no adverse effects in the morning. The only detractor, for me, is the peppery taste (I'm sensitive to pinene/myrcine terpenes). I tend to have a coughing fit if I smoke too much too quickly. TL/DR: 10/10 would recommend!

Great stress relief, great for sleep. Felt like every spot I slept in was comfortable, wife was surprised I did toss and turn.

Got mine at the verdes foundation. Simply amazing. I picked a few of the pre rolls. This is just one yummy strain, with so much taste and aroma. Amazing pain relief with a long lasting relaxed feeling. I look forward to the next time this is in..

I was disappointed with this strain. The first time used it was really relaxing, minor cerebral high. Not really sedating. As I tried the whole 1/8th, I found it less and less appealing. Low buzz, no real high and it was fleeting quickly. The buds I got were really small, like tiny marbles and they were brittle. Not sure if this is a variable this time or not. Looks and smells great, just weak and not really sedating.
