Great shop, however they pre-weigh their bud, leading to short weights, have had a problem with this for some time now, they now will bring out a scale if I ask for it.

Would love to meet the owner of this store and shake his hand personally. It was such a great vision to create great products, and great great pricing. I love the delivery. I ordered Monday and got the product delivered to my door next day. Thank you so much for creating Farmacy.

Super great staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Love the fact that they donate ATM fees collected to certain charity fundraisers for health. Quality products. They are not a fly by night dispensary just cashing in. Thanks guys!

Awesome spot. Quality is best I've seen in a while , can't speak for consistency because I haven't let time tell yet , but for the first impression, 10/10.

The weed is not the best in town. The prices are ridiculous, charging up to 10$ more on a gram of weed while other shops sell the exact strain but cheaper. The staff have no medical knowledge, and gave me a hard time about not having cash. Their machine was empty, I had to leave and go to the bank which seemed to annoy staff members. Stuck up and pretentious. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase here, why pay tax when it's not necessary.

As advertised Farmacy had an amazing selection. Great strains edibles, gummies and accessories. Loved how the staff were discrete in any question I had. Would definitely shop here again. In fact i will take advantage of the local delivery.

It took me 7 years to find the same quality bud that cant be labelized as B.C. BUDS. I think I found them from this dispensary. This is definitely a high end dispensary. If you are looking for something cheaper. There are many dispensaries everywhere. Their special is just as good as the ones that are regular price. Very helpful helping me choose my medicine. I would recommend to connosuiers only. If there is something that you cant find, they probably have it.

Went into the shop to place my first order. I really liked the overall atmosphere. I ordered a sativa, and was nervous that it would stink and i would be one of those hippy smelling guys. I am sensitve to using weed and the optics people have of me. I happy with the product. Really loved the packaging more than anything though. There was no scent that came through and small enough to transport easily.

Mail order. Order one day, delivered the next...to Toronto! Awesome service, delicious gummies. Green looks good, nicely packaged. Scored some deals and will certainly be back.

Farmacy-Victoria's Staff are Friendly and knowledgeable about their products which are high quality. More than once the the Bud Tender has steered me in the right direction of a particular product that helped me to better cope with chronic nerve pain.

I have been going to Farmacy since August. My life has changed in such a positive way. There are no UV felt posters or Bob Marley busts. Very professional and clean environment. Since August I have referred multiple people to them which all loved it as much as I did. Keep an eye on the sales which are usually posted every Thursday. Glad they cleared up the tax thing in previous reviews as well!!

Great products, so many different options, I've barely stuck my toes in the water as far as that goes. Super nice doorman, the staff are mostly pretty nice. But there is one guy who works there who just gives me the weirdest look whenever I'm there, dark hair with a man bun. I had never seen him before and he just makes me feel really uncomfortable when I'm there. Could be a bit in my head but it's happened like 3-4 times. I still really like the dispensary though, I just shrug him off and go to someone else.

I wanted to update my last review of Farmacy. Despite not always having a great customer care experience, Farmacy is still my top choice for dispensaries in Victoria. Yes, it's expensive, but they have such a wide variety of items that give a client much more control over how they medicate. I've had great experiences with their CannaCo hard candies and jellies, their Farmacy THC/CBD infused honey, and I love their selection of flowers. My only complaint is that now some of the more in vogue strains are coming in at $15/gram, which is by far the most expensive I have ever seen.

The shop is amazing. The staff helpful. The mail order is a mess. I have ordered twice. Both mail orders were wrong. With no other option I tie to place a third mail order larger this time as to avoid having to deal with this process. 2 days still waiting for an e-mail estimat called Friday was told they are busy my e-mail will be sent Friday afternoon or evening. Of course nothing was sent. Call back Saturday and was told the exact same thing. We are very busy. Your email will be sent this afternoon or evening, of course nothing sent. If you can deal directly with the store you will have amazing service and a great experience. But the mail order is a HOT mess

Overpriced, not good quality topicals.

Great place with great product. It just takes a really long time to get your card. I've been waiting for 3 months and keep being told I'll be put on a list. Not a big deal, really since the bouncer with awesome manners is always ready to let you in.
