I've been to some other dispensaries before... but I wanted to try this one because they have a store near my house and also one downtown near my work. Customer service was top-notch!.. the budtender was knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. Inside.. It feels very high-end? Only negative is that packaging is stupid and bulky but that's the same everywhere... I'll be back!!

Has to be said , also very compassionate. They will always take the time to guide you to the right product for your needs. A true diamond in the rough! This little shop tucked away in this adorable little town was the highlight of my trip!! I was shocked by the number of small batch high quality strains. The staff was very friendly, queer inclusive and KNOWLEDGEABLE!! I would 100% return!

Some of the most knowledgeable staff in the industry. Sell most of their CBD products for cost plus. Have the best flower in the country. Third party lab test almost everything. Experienced growers but don't grow themselves so they can support the local farmers.

Live in Vic, but when out in Sooke, always stopping, and stock up. Highly recommend.

I came here while visiting the island from the mainland and came to Costa Canna to stock up. The store is very professional and clean looking, with iPads to scroll through the menu. the service I got was great she was friendly and knowledgeable about everything. I highly recommend buying from this dispensary.

Manager is one of the most informed people on cannabis I have met, I never take sativa bc of misconception, but was explained there are some strains which will help with my medical condition and do. Manager knows different terpenes etc (that will possibly help or effect you). Giant selection. Left with the Kush Cookies. Will make this a regular stop!

Always have a great time shopping here. People behind the counter seem to care. They always have good recommendations for what to try and give their personal experience when they can. You can see the manager light up when there's something she really wants to share. Her smile and laugh are infectious. Seems to have turned the store around from the previous person running it. Looks like its a fun place to work!
