It's pretty good although it doesn't have an energetic uplift like I was expecting. It hits hard at first and then I get couch lock and feel supper giggly and happy. After a while the high let's up and I can get some stuff done. My favorite things about this strain is the flavor. It has such a great flavor that kinda tastes like fruit loops to me at time or very lemony and piney another.

I'm very sensitive to sativa. I truly have PTSD and usually, it's an indica that makes me calm. A gentleman at the dispensary had mentioned to me that not all Sativa's will hit you the same. Depends on the terpene's used. This combo used is in the golden goat is perfect. The flavor is very lemony. Love it. The best flavor will be in the extract vs the flower. No peppery terpenes so I don't cough my lungs up. Nice head high but if too much can give you some paranoia.

An energizing strain that doesn't trigger paranoia or anxiety for me is like a golden goose. thank you golden goat.

Golden Goat was a decent strain for sex. It won’t crack any top 20 lists, but I’d get it again if the cupboard was bare and the other options looked less promising. Honestly, had it years ago so I don’t remember the precise effects. But we both had clear memories of it being pretty darned good but not stellar. Wow, Golden Goat is like a cup of coffee in the morning. It’s so great to start the morning off on a good note. I feel productive, energized, and happy when I use this strain. It reminds me a lot of Red Headed Stranger. I frequently reach for this strain for wake and bake and after work when I need some encouragement to knock out more tasks when I get home from a long day of work. I highly recommend to anyone who likes sativas.

I consider myself to be a novice when it comes to marijuana. I've smoked before, with months between sessions and the weed we got was just "weed". I recently moved to a recreational state, (where I also got my med card) and I've been learning about different profiles and trying to find what worked for me. I accidentally bought this strain thinking it was one of the Leafly award winners, but I'm glad I found it. This has quickly become my go-to in these last few months. The smell reminds me of citrus fruit, and the high feels great in my body without making it hard to concentrate. Doesn't make me sleepy, but when I go to bed, I feel like I am laying down on a cloud. My whole body feels tingly and weightless, I fall asleep almost immediately. I work night shift, so this is very helpful. Doesn't make me feel like I lose concept of time or like I can't hold a conversation. I love popping on a good movie or documentary and relaxing with this strain. Golden Goat will be one I keep around for sure. Don't understand why marijuana is still considered illegal in most places. This is pure plant medicine.

I have been a connoisseur of flower since the 70's and have a hard time finding something similar to the "good old days " until I tried this. Now it's my weed of choice. Fantastic!
