If there were "One Strain to Rule Them All" (that is, one strain that pretty much ALL cannabis users would agree is great), I believe Harlequin would be it. It's the utility infielder of bud, the workhorse, that guy or girl in highschool or at work that everyone likes and gets along with. Simply put, Harlequin is a chill, relaxing strain that won't put you to sleep (indica) or get your thoughts and heartbeat racing (many sativas)--instead, you get the best of both worlds. The calm, mellow body high of an indica, plus the mental clarity of a good sativa. I always keep some Quin on hand in case I run out of Critical Cure (my absolute #1 fave strain), because I get VERY anxious if the THC is too high (above 10-12%). Quin deals with that by keeping the THC low and the CBD strong, so you can puff away and enjoy a fun little buzz plus the relaxation comfort of CBD preventing paranoia and anxiety. I only took off one star because Quin tends to make my eyes very dry, it can make me feel a little spacey, I get a little bit fatigued on the comedown, and it makes me VERY hungry--but remember, everyone reacts differently to strains. Overall, Quin is fantastic and it's very widely available, so if you're looking for something that will give you a bit of a buzz while offering you the calming effects of CBD, Quin is a great choice. I just suggest keeping some eyedrops and your fave food on hand in case it dries out your eyes and gives you the munchos like it typically does for me.

Harlequin has truly been gold for so many different conditions. I initially started using a Harlequin RSO for muscle spasms and trigeminal neuralgia, but I've found it incredibly helpful for endometriosis, interstitial cystitis pain, and PMDD associated mood issues. I'm a THC newbie, so I see great results with about 1.5 grains of rice worth of RSO on a spoonful of peanut butter. After about an hour, pain is significantly better. After about 2 hours, I experience a euphoric but non-impairing head high--I *feel* blissed out, but can still go shopping, do data entry, or even have dinner with the in-laws without anything more detectable than some chattiness.

This is my go-to daytime strain. I feel very functional and uplifted. Eases my anxiety and stress. I get the 2:1 CBD:THC and that works for me, but Remedy has had different ratios so it’s incredibly easy to find what works best.

My husband and I both have c-PTSD, and I have insulin resistance/PCOS. Inflammation is a huge issue for us, as is anxiety. A bud tender introduced us to Sunday Extracts' 510 carts of this strain in Oklahoma. It's an amazing strain for both day and night. A little bit relieves anxiety and pain but leaves you able to think and work. A lot gives you a classic, 90s-feeling high that's great for watching a movie and unwinding.

Oh Harlequin, how I love thee! I'm the type of smoker who is very sensitive to the effects of THC. I tend to get anxious and paranoid more easily than other smokers. When I discovered Harlequin, I didn't know what a CBD strain was, I only knew there was something different about it. Now, it is my most important strain. This strain gives you great pain relief. I suffer from stiffness in my muscles and this helps me feel more limber. It's also great paired with an edible! I mix it with any kind of weed and can now enjoy the effects of all the best sativas, indicas and hybrids without fear that I will suffer an anxiety attack. CBD has changed the way I view cannabis and I find that the remedy it provides to take the edge off THC is just what the doctor ordered for me.

Hi All I've been growing, breeding and partaking of this magic plant for over 45 years now and this strain is one of my favourites. I agree strongly with others who have identified it as being a classic. It reminds me very much of the early, mid 70's grass I first encountered on this incredible journey. Doesn't blow you away, doesn't leave you wanting either. A fantastic socialiser and is a firm favourite amongst the crowd I hang with. I find I can party hearty, have a beverage or two and maintain my s__t together enough to be communicative and sensible. What more could you ask? I do also enjoy heavy Sativas and Indias for the special self-reflection periods when they present, but this is a strain I highly recommend. Highly recommended! Cheers

I purchased this cartridge at a clear Leaf in Florida in August 2022. I have to say I really like this strain. I suffer from paranoia and anxiety attacks if I get the wrong kind of marijuana and with Harlequin I had none of that. great beginner strain for those new to medical marijuana. It has a very earthy peppery taste maybe Piney too. the effects make me more talkative uplifting and rids me of anxiety and helps me with finishing a task with my ADHD. I also tend to be a little bit more loopy if I have a bit too much but I'm still able to function and walk around and wait till the effects tone down in about 3 hrs. I was able to work in a fast paced work environment on this strain. definitely will be getting this again.

Mild and energetic. It has that Sativa high, where your mind gets energized and creative, but it isn't so overwhelming that you're bouncing from thought to thought. Unlike many Sativas, this gives me no anxiety. In fact, it reduces it! Can definitely note the high CBD:THC ratio. Also, no couch-lock. Overall, would highly recommend.
