Sour Diesel reviews

I suffer from Dysautonomia which is rare, but basically it means you can't trust reviews. Things will act very different on your body than the majority of people. It's important to note that anyone with Central Nervous System issues might have this effect. That being said if you are reading the reviews & saying "What are these people talking about? I got a totally different experience" you're not alone. Indicas for me don't make me sleepy or help with anxiety. Sativas do that because I get much better pain relief & my social anxiety goes away. I focus less on any 1 task but my lightning quick wit comes back even if I can't stay on a topic long. Eventually I come down & if I try to smoke again I can't repeat the effects. I just get worn down & tired as the day goes on. Then it's sleep time. It should be noted this strain isn't the best for this, Jack Herer is better, & Myakka Gold started out better as well but it seems I got immune to it. This became my fall back option since our dispensaries here don't keep the same strains in stock all year. It's difficult when you have specific needs like I do. All in all if I take a full hit I can still trigger an anxiety attack so caution is advised of you have PTSD or something similar. Still it's a safer & more mild strain than most I've tried & ok in a pinch. I'll use it at home, but not in public. I can't control it enough for that.

This strain can go either way. You can end up focused, creative, energetic, and uplifted. You can also end up sleepy, hungry, paranoid, and passing out on your best friend's couch. Be prepared for either scenario.

Wonderful experience almost every time, but be careful, it can be strong. I smoked a larger amount than normal almost completely by myself (about 1.5 grams) and ended up with extreme vertigo and motion sickness, but tripped out every time I closed my eyes. The high itself lasted roughly 3 hours, during which I was beyond happy. Any other time I've smoked Sour D, I've been giddy and quite frankly, completely happy to the point where I thought literally everything was adorable. I strongly reccomend this, especially if you're a worrisome person like I am. This would probably be most beneficial to people who stressed out.

Sour Diesel has become my favorite Sativa. I'm not a big fan of the diesel taste (since I vaporize), but for the effect it's well worth it :) It helps so much with pain and doesn't make me counter-productive.

Fantastic strain, got my hands on a second batch today, busy rolling one right now. Off the bat, it's a seriously pungent strain, the diesel aroma can be picked up very clearly and once it's out of the grinder, it's earthy highlights are revealed. A very good mind high, very little body buzz and almost no appetite enhancement whatsoever. Dreamy and mellow, great for pain. I often push myself a little too much at the gym and have torn ligaments, dislocated shoulders and have muscles that take a while to recover. Sour Diesel is fantastic in that it dulls the pain really well, allowing a vast amount of relief and makes sleeping bearable and comfortable. Great strain, definitely a winner in anyone's books !

The first strain I fell in love with, the aroma of the flower was as intoxicating as the smoke was potent. Walking through the mountains on the Appalachian Trail in southern NY at 5 am, as the sun rises and the forest wakes into life around you...or sitting on a boulder in the middle of a fast moving creek, eyes closed, wind at your back, sun on your face, out in the atmosphere but lost in the sounds of the world around you, forging a connection deeper than you yourself can comprehend. This, is why I choose cannabis, and Sour Diesel showed me the way.

if i were to pick one strain i would be stuck with on a deserted island with..it would be sour diesel. period.

I'm writing a second review on Sour D to clarify a few things. The majority LOVE this strain, and for good reason. When I read the reviews of those who didn't, while recognizing we're all different, I cannot help but think they were smoking something else, as unless you have a truly trustworthy source, or grow your own, it's important to remember "you don't always get what you pay for," and since this strain is highly sought after, there will always be those dishonest idiots who offer you something that isn't at all what they say. While a seasoned Sour D smoker knows the product too well to be fooled, the same can't be said for others. If you've had a bad experience with Sour D, or one that was less than amazing, try again. Also, I read reviews where people say they smoked a gram in one sesh and hated it, and I think "a GRAM?!" My God, that's like saying you ate an entire cheesecake by yourself and couldn't understand why you felt sick to your stomach. Small bites, my friends. It's all you need to enjoy the slice of Heaven that Sour D truly is.
