2 weeks and still nothing, they haven't even packaged my order yet from day 1. just pathetic. Ontario got chaeted with the worst serviced dealer in the world. my 5 year old cousin could do a better job then them.

WHAT A JOKE Would give negative stars if possible. Ordered 9 days ago. Nothing. No idea when I'll get my order. Have been charged for it, no answer to emails. Leave it to the government to manage to be even worse at selling drugs than the black market. Get it together. Get competent store fronts. This level of (non) service is inexcusable.

Stopped using them. Prices are high and never know when the package will come during covid. On top they are the ones that are selling weed legally so expensive. Kush Kush NO PASS

15 full days after ordering my order is finally............. In Nisku AB. D'faq?!?!? Did you run out in Ont and have to out source? Fine. TELL ME! Zero updates from OCS, typical updates from Canada post. I understand the CP strikes have put a fuck into thing but come on. I guesstimating 3-4 days to get here. That'll put it around 19 days. Only government eh?

unfortunate about the delayed delivery of a couple weeks but I was satisfied with the products, website was easy to navigate.

Shipping is crazy fast, 1-2 days. Some stock can be a little old and dry but for the most part, great stuff. Prices are not too bad too.

Where to start... Having received no shipping notification, I emailed to ask for an update after 5 business days. I got a fairly prompt reply telling me to call the customer service phone # if my order didn't ship the next day. Well, the joke is on me, that customer service phone # hasn't been working - callers just receive an automated message saying the phone system is overwhelmed and can't accept incoming calls. I emailed back on the weekend (8 business days at this point), and was told that "Canada Post is working over the weekend and will be picking up your order, you will receive the shipping notification shortly, with delivery early this week". Now 10 business days later, and my order (13###) still hasn't shipped. This has been pathetic service and a pathetic performance, even for the government.

Took weeks for only a part of my order to arrive. Spent more weeks trying to get a refund. Terrible customer service. Will never buy from again. They should be ashamed for being such a failure.

I got 4 strains, all fire. For what they have, the quality is all I could ask for. Service, well, it's a website, so I can't smell or choose a bud of course, but even in the huge legalization rush I get my order the next day, so 4/5 seems fair. Atmosphere, well, I am not huge on the layout of the site, but it will improve, plus it is government run so they do have messaging everywhere which is a bit preachy about maybe not getting the strongest possible, but it's new, I think it'll improve and it's not like in liquor stores they are suggesting to only buy the over-proof, so we'll all get used to that. 3/4 even though it's a website and atmosphere might not really be a thing a website can have.

Boycott government run "business". Ordered a vape tank. Vape tank didnt work at all. Called OCS and just as predicted getting a exchange or refund is almost impossible. It's the government. So there is a massive process taking well over a month before you can get a refund. They must make a quality complaint which then must be forwarded to the producer and then finally after around a month if the producer decides your complaint is valid OCS will issue a refund. Make no mistake this process is not how the producer of the product would like things to be. Like all private free market business the producer would probably love to instantly refund or replace the product but they are now stuck probably doing a mountain of paperwork over a 30 dollar vape tank. Government needs to stay the hell out of the way. And to my liberal friends who think an ever expanding government is a good thing please realize every element of government is the same as this simple refund request, its cumbersome, complicated and expensive. Call amazon and talk to someone within minutes and instantly have a new product or a refund. Call the government and be prepared to listen to endless legal mumbo jumbo and a 1 month process to get something so simple resolved. Private vs. Public. Private wins. I want my healthcare private. More for my money. Better service Better care. Government has outlived its use to us and now just gets in the way routinely.

I ordered Yesterday, Saturday afternoon some flowers. Recieved email today that I will receive my order shortly at 2:30. Indicating its out for delivery with a Tracking code. It us now 630 pm. I called 7 times abd and asked for an update, and 7 times they hung up on me. I asked for mt money back through email now and told them to .... off, and now you can hang up on me. There are several Cannabis dispensaries in Toronto that don't play games. Do not order fron from Ontario Cannabis stores online There customer Service is very bad and disrespectful and will only frustrate you!!!

48 hours after placing order and still no shipping info. or update. I understand this is new, but orders are not being filled in the order they were received. Two full business days have gone by and there is a postal strike looming.

I've ordered on October 18th and still have not recieved anything.....they said you should get a 2nd email when shipped but my product still hasn't even left there warehouse yet. Sent an email to inquire never got a response back. Cant get anyone on the phone either. So basically there is no customer service lol.....very disappointed. They should have been well prepared for this. Its definitely gonna be my first and last time ordering weed online. Not to mention that there prices are very high!!! Not worth the hassle and wait. I do not recommend using them. OCS get your shit together we have been waiting for this for a long time and you guys have DROPPED THE BALL BIG TIME. Stop using Canada post as an excuse my order hasn't even left your warehouse yet!
